I was born and raised in Colorado, have a strong passion for traveling, enjoy exploring the outdoors with my family and dog; and working with unique individuals like yourself.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Colorado.  I received my BA in business from the University of Colorado and my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Denver.

I work with adults (17+). I provide individual counseling, and work with dual-diagnosis, eating disorders, mental health, substance use, personality disorders, trauma, and relationship concerns.  More details on my “types of therapy” page.

I provide honest and direct feedback for individuals and utilize various evidence-based practice models tailored to your goals. I also include humor and lighthearted moments, as life can be very serious.

I can help you recognize aspects of yourself that may be hidden, you want to uncover, or that you were potentially unaware of in the first place. Perhaps it has been unclear how you relate to others, how you handle your emotions, and why you do what you do. I am here to help facilitate the change of unhealthy coping that has served as a place holder for too long.
